I created this piece in 2018 while living in Switzerland, inspired by the expressive looks of Grayson Perry, the British artist known for his love of dressing up as a woman. Back then, (s)he was screaming, eyes popping out. Seven years later, I felt compelled to give it a more composed look – so here we are: a more delicate, yet still bold, queer person.
